Maintenance Services Incorporated was established to provide trailer and equipment repair to various industries in Los Angeles, California, and the San Fernando Valley region. Since 1998, we have been building stainless steel walking floor trailers specifically designed to enable truck trailers to ‘self unload’ wastes, compost, and aggregates.

We currently occupy a 2-acre facility with four bays and multiple 10-ton cranes, giving us the capability to handle the biggest jobs. As we have grown, we have focused our efforts on providing repair and maintenance solutions for various industries.

Our capabilities now include the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, as well as custom part fabrication and welding. In addition to trailer and equipment repair, we build both Keith walking floor and tipper trailers at our Los Angeles County facility. We have also developed specialized equipment used to make compost and screen out any impurities.

Our facility enables us to repair and maintain nearly any type of commercial equipment, from trailers to roll-off boxes. In addition, our team is qualified to work on various makes and types of equipment for customers engaged in traditional and non-traditional product applications.
